ROG Delta 2 fails to install newest firmware

Hello, My ROG Delta 2 headset fails to install update 00.04.02.00.  I have turned off 2.4 and that got me halfway through but still fails.

1. Reinstallation test: Have you tried using the Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool version 2.2.15.0 to remove Armoury Crate and then reinstall it to see if the problem is resolved? ROG Delta II | Gaming headsets｜ROG - Republic of Gamers｜ROG Global
2. Problem start time confirmation: When did this problem start occurring? Were there any updates previously?
3. Armoury Crate log provision: If the problem persists after reinstalling, please provide the Armoury Crate log file for our reference.

The log files contain detailed information about the software's operation, which can help our backend team identify the issue. 
Please ensure that the logs accurately capture the moment the issue occurs. (Please enable logging, perform the problematic operation once, and then package the logs.)

After completing the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and provide the link along with the approximate time and method of operation via private messege for our analysis.

Hello

I have the ROG Delta II and was able to update to firmware version 00.04.02.00.

Try using the USB-C to USB-A adapter for the wireless dongle, this is how I'm using mine.

To update in Armoury Crate:

1) Connect the charging cable to your headset and a pc usb port, you can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.

2) Set the 2.4GHz wireless switch on the headset to Off.

3) Connect the wireless dongle with the adapter to a pc usb port, you can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.

4) Try the update in Armoury Crate.

armory crate and armory crate gear both doesnt work for me. In the gear software i got error code 56.

I tried many usb slots and to run the program as admin without success. I also reinstalled both programs.
