Recently purchased the SpeedNova Buds for Black Friday, Earbuds are great when it comes to the audio and installing all the necessary drivers and whatnot, but my issue is when it comes down to the microphone.
I connected the buds to my iPhone 14 and the microphone works, able to make calls, do voice memos and such. when I'm on discord, seems the microphone won't pick up my voice, now is switched my setting to an alternate microphone(PS5 Controller) seemed to work just fine, switching back to the SpeedNova buds, nothing is being picked up! I've tried the trouble shooting through discord yet no fix.
Any help would be appreciated, i really do not want to return the Earbuds because of user mistake.

thank you for sharing the situation.
Since your SpeedNova headset works normally for calls and recordings on iPhone but cannot capture audio in Discord, we would like to gather more details to help identify the root cause.
Please kindly provide the following information:
How is the headset connected when using Discord?
• 2.4G dongle
• Bluetooth
• USB-C
In Discord → Voice & Video → “Input Device,” which devices are shown?
Please list the exact device names displayed.
In your system’s sound settings (Windows or macOS), which microphone device is selected?
Examples:
• ROG SpeedNova Mic
• Headset (Bluetooth Hands-Free)
• USB Audio Device
Are you using Windows or macOS?
Please also provide:
• OS version (e.g., Windows 11 23H2 / macOS 14 Sonoma)
• Whether Discord is the App version or Browser version
If using the 2.4G dongle, does Armoury Crate detect the headset properly?
If yes, please confirm whether the firmware is up to date.
Additionally, please send us the following via private message:
• OS version
• Discord version (App / Browser)
• Headset firmware version
• Headset serial number (SN)
Once we receive this information, we will proceed with further analysis.
Thank you for your cooperation.

This looks like a Windows/Discord input device or permission issue rather than a hardware fault, since the mic works fine on iPhone. Make sure the SpeedNova mic is selected as the default input in Windows Sound Settings and that Discord isn’t locked to a different input mode or disabled mic permissions.
