Hi Guys,
I recently purchased a ROG speednova. The first few days its running fine until I noticed something weird going on.
On my first few days use the earhpones are working for me like 1:1 device to earphones. Now whenever I turn my speednova on and have my device detected it with my registered device name, another Icon of the speednova is now showing on my bluetooth search despite it was already paired up on my device. Then I ask my cousin to check if he can search and pair up on the speednova and it did pair up properly and even asking the armory crate.
I find it weird that:
1. I didn't even started using the pair mode on the earphones yet its showing on other devices with bluetooth scans.
2. tried updating the firmware noted by armory crate but same concern is still showing and other devices can pair on it even while i am playing music.
Tried to find if there's a reset option for this one but it seems I out of luck. Hopefully the admin here can tell me if its defective so I can file it on the store for replacement.

Okay this is the steps done one my side
Devices:
ROG 8 (main) A14 os:
reset bt and wifi settings
cleared BT list of devices
Reinstalled armory crate
Phone firmware is updated to the latest
update cetra speednova on the latest firmware.
My armory crate also reports that only my rog 8 is registered on the earphone pair list but not the samsung. Checking the samsung though it was saying it has paired successfully and was asking to install the armory crate.
Samsung (sub) A13 os:
phone firmware is on the latest update
reset bt and wifi settings
cleared all registered device on bt list
on my case those were the steps taken since at that time I can't find any manual for ressetting the earphone
I've already sent the earphone back to the store where I purchase it for warranty purposes and noted me of having the same issue using other mobile devices.
the only difference is that they were able to do the reset but the issue still persist.
Please note we are not using the dongle yet at this point and none of us are touching/doing the manual pair mode. Despite the earphones being connected and used by the first device with a media being played. The earphone still shows itself on the other devices and can be paired up without any errors while we didn't even do a manual pair mode.
