Hi, I've been using my Delta Wireless for months without any issues. However, after updating the drivers for my ROG Delta S wireless headset (Version 4.03.06), the headset no longer connected via the 2.4 GHz adapter, although Bluetooth still worked correctly. I tried the headset on another computer and had the same issue.
I followed the steps at https://rog.asus.com/my/support/faq/1051041/ to re-pair the adapter, but the "Pair" button remains inactive even after several attempts. I also uninstalled Armory Crate using the uninstaller tool and reinstalled it, but the problem persists.
This issue started after installing the new drivers, and the headset worked correctly from day one.
Please help, I need to use my hearing aids.

So, after explaining what I explained, clarifying that this firmware issue caused my Rog Delta Wireless headphones to not connect via 2.4 and also not connect via USB, I tried using the pairing software, and when I followed the steps (pressing the button on the headphones for 10-15 seconds), it appeared that the device was a USB drive (it didn't recognize them as headphones). Now I'll explain the solution (or at least the one that worked for me)
1. I posted a post asking for help, which NEVER received any response from any moderators or forum assistants, which I feel totally disappointed considering what a GREAT BRAND ROG IS.
2. I found a post (link attached: https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-headsets/rog-delta-s-wireless-pairing-problem/td-p/1086994) in which I observed some problems similar to what I was experiencing.
3. I noticed that Moderator Nate152 responded to said post, indicating that in the pairing .zip file there was a folder called "Headset," which had another folder called "RH200WLE," which had many different files.
4. I noticed that if you put the headset in pairing mode (press the button for 10-15 seconds), and after that go to the RH200WLE folder, click on the file called " Update mode.bat" and then click on the file called " RH200WLE_FW_Update_tool.exe" this will make the headset (I don't know exactly how) be recognized by the PC as a headphone input and output (clarify that BEFORE THE HEADSET WAS RECOGNIZED AS A SIMPLE USB 2.0 AND WAS NOT RECOGNIZED AS AUDIO)
5.- After that, the headset started working via cable and immediately after that I received a notification that there was an update through Armory Crate (Clarify that, based on the previous answer, the headset was with firmware 0.05)
6.- Then, the headset was updated and after that the dongle DID CONNECT WITH THE HEADSET (I suppose that, in that update the firmware changed from 0.05 to 0.08 so the headset firmware and the dongle was the same)
And this is how my headset now connects via 2.4 (I made sure it worked since I left it playing a song on loop for like 5-7 hours)
Fortunately, I was able to resolve this situation thanks to moderator Nate152, whom I am very grateful to since he has a channel with many videos of various solutions.
Finally, and to finish this, I recommend the following:
1.- BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN UPDATING THE FIRMWARE OF YOUR PRODUCTS (Armory tells me that my Delta has one more update, but I wouldn't do it after all this hell that happened)
2.- Although perhaps (I don't know the truth xd) the headset/other products charge faster connected to a cell phone charger, IT IS BETTER TO CHARGE YOUR EQUIPMENT CONNECTED TO THE PC XD
3.- I hope you don't need to ask for help through these forums since, as I repeat, unfortunately I haven't received any in 2 months No support or response.
Well, if you ever experience this problem, you can write to me and I'll try to help in any way I can.
Best regards, and keep playing!

Well, after almost two months of having my Rog Delta Wireless headphones technically dead (even though they worked via Bluetooth, I wouldn't take them out), I've managed to find a solution, and the headset now connects wirelessly via the dongle.
So, I'll go into detail about how the problem started, what happened next, and how I fixed it.
To start, I'll explain how the problem started:
1. After a long gaming session, my Rog Delta Wireless headset had low battery (note that during 5-6 months of use, it never had any problems, no knocks, or anything). So, knowing that I would be playing again later, I decided to charge my headset directly with a cell phone charger with a USB input (not connected to the PC).
2. (For better understanding, let's assume that the headset and dongle were on firmware number 0.05). After leaving my headset charging and the dongle connected to the PC, I entered the Asus Armory Crate and noticed that there was an update for the Rog Delta Wireless.
3. Unlike other ROG products, which show a warning and/or instructions on how to update the firmware, this time no box appeared, so I clicked update (note that the headset was NOT connected to the PC, but the dongle was).
4. The firmware was downloaded and installed (Let's assume the new firmware was 0.08), so I said to myself, "Okay, I'll play later," and shut down the PC.
5. After a few hours, I logged back into my PC and grabbed my headphones (which were NOT connected to the PC) and turned them on. I realized they weren't connecting to the dongle, AND THE PC WASN'T RECOGNIZING IT AS A HEADPHONE (audio input and output).
6. Desperate, I searched the ROG forums and realized that updating the firmware without the headset connected had caused a firmware issue. (Let's assume, based on what I've explained, the headset had firmware 0.05 and the dongle had firmware 0.08.) This caused the headset to not connect by any means (neither 2.4 nor USB) since it had an older firmware.
Sorry if it's a lot of text but I'm detailing exactly what happened, I'll continue with the solution in another answer.
