MY ROG Delta S Wireless not working after update FW

I have a similar problem; my headset simply doesn't turn on. The LED is red when charging, but as soon as I disconnect, there are no lights at all in all three positions. I bought it two months ago, and it stopped working until I updated the firmware on 15/11/23. This is unfortunate for me. I have already tried to fix it using the pairing tool, but it's not working. I can't connect 2.4 and BT.

Regarding your issue, could you please confirm if the problem occurred after updating the firmware of your headphones? 

Additionally, providing a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center screen would be helpful. Have you tried connecting the headphones to another device to perform a cross-test?

To further assist you, could you also record and provide the relevant logs for our investigation?

Of course, I tried connecting the headphones to my second laptop already, but it didn't work. For the first two months after I bought them, they worked normally. based on your issue, please provide the Armoury Crate version and a screenshot of the Armoury Crate Update Center.

Hello. I have same problem. Everything is the same. If there any solution pls, let me know.
It happened after Device Firmware update 0.0.0.18. I used my device 6 month before and it was ok.

Hey, i tried. My headphones had this problem before, that the connection to the dongle was lost. I restored the connection using this program.
But now I have a problem, as the author of the topic. My headphones only show a red signal and nothing more. No sounds or alerts.

P.S: After going through all the steps in the instructions, I was able to update the firmware, the headphones came to life, but I have to do this every time I turn off the computer or the headphones.

How could you do that  I try to pair it but it doesn't work. it's insane Screenshot 2023-12-24 172310.png
