LOST dongle rog strix go 2.4 electro punk

I cant contact ASUS  as i dont have a serial number. So i was hoping to go through here.
A while ago i Purchased a rog strix go 2.4 electro punk headset. However, i recently moved houses and i lost the Dongle..

Is there any way to connect the headset to the PC?
AUX cable and USB-C both does not work, and armoury Crate cant see the headset either. 
Is there any other solution or maybe buy a new Dongle?

Kinda ridiculous if you cant connect a $300 headset to a PC by other means if dongle is lost.. 😞

according to your question, you can also find the product serial number on the product. Please check if there is a product serial number on the back of the ear shell.
