Delta S Wireless not working in 2.4

Hello,

I bought td Delta S Wireless in December, and I've already had to send it back in February for another problem (it wouldn't start up at all). I got a fresh new headset exchange.

Since this morning, the headset no longer works in 2.4, it only works in BT.

When I switch it on in 2.4, there's a little "beep", but that's all. It's recognized, but that's all. No sound. No mic. The settings are not accessible. The blue LED flashes.
In BT there's a little "beep" and then "connected". The headset works. The blue LED is steady.

When I plug it in, it says "PC Mode" but that's all. The updates (I formatted the whole PC today, for this problem) are in error, it asks me to connect the cable and the dongle, both are connected.

I think the problem is with the dongle. I haven't seen any way to factory reset either the headset or the dongle, this feature isn't provided (for a 200€ headset).

Could you please assist us in verifying if all items in the Armoury Crate Update Center have been updated to the latest version?
Meanwhile, we recommend performing cross-testing by connecting to another PC or laptop.

Everything in Armoury Crate is updated but Delta S wireless is not, because it can't connect to 2.4

I tried to connect to it with the other pc, doesn't work too

I have tried another 2 laptops 1 desktop that were first without armory crate after that installed on them and retried, result was same flashing blue led when turned on 2.4ghz, dongle itself when connected sounds on pc something is connected and after second or two sound as disconnected, Armory Crate is fully updated and tried other usb ports, even direct Type C ports, same results.

Yeah we have exactly the same problem.

My seller asks me to download a zip file that doesn't exist (provided me with a url that doesn't work) to pair the 2.4 dongle with the headset again.

I had a charging firmware issue in another thread but for some reason it has been closed. The firmware a couple of months ago fixed the incorrect battery % issues but this seems to have regressed a bit with recent updates. The battery charge seems to go down in 5‰ increments now and as the charge gets lower when you turn it on it incorrectly shows it is almost flat but then after a couple of minutes it shows its true charge amount. Everything is up to date.

My intention was not to post here but to DM Jiaszzz if that was possible, I did not realise it posted to this topic . With my laggy internet it obviously did not choose the option I wanted.

Not that I can help with your current problem but I have not had any issues at this point in time with the 2.4 pairing. AC and firmware is up to date. If a few of you are having the same issue at the same time then it certainly does sound like an Asus end issue. I hope you guys get it sorted. I think we all know how frustrating these issues can be.
