I bought td Delta S Wireless in December, and I've already had to send it back in February for another problem (it wouldn't start up at all). I got a fresh new headset exchange.
Since this morning, the headset no longer works in 2.4, it only works in BT.
When I switch it on in 2.4, there's a little "beep", but that's all. It's recognized, but that's all. No sound. No mic. The settings are not accessible. The blue LED flashes.
In BT there's a little "beep" and then "connected". The headset works. The blue LED is steady.
When I plug it in, it says "PC Mode" but that's all. The updates (I formatted the whole PC today, for this problem) are in error, it asks me to connect the cable and the dongle, both are connected.
I think the problem is with the dongle. I haven't seen any way to factory reset either the headset or the dongle, this feature isn't provided (for a 200€ headset).

Regarding this issue, we have already made available the Headset Pairing Tool for the ROG Delta S Wireless on the official website support page under "Driver & Utility.
Please download it and follow the instructions after extracting the file if you are experiencing the 2.4G connection problem while Bluetooth is fully functional.

okay so I tried this, my headset pops up in the asus pairing tool however the pair button is grayed out for me.

Hey man. Having issues with the Asus pairing tool. I did every step in order to pair the headsets and the dongle but the option "Pair" does not seem to be avilable. It does not look "clickable" Can you guide trough the process? Thank you son much!

This discussion thread and the Headset Pairing Tool are both intended for situations where only the ROG Delta S Wireless 2.4G connection is experiencing problems.
Could you please specify what changes you made or actions you took before both 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth had connecting problems?
When the connection cannot be established, does the indicator on the headset light up or flash?
We recommend that you first ensure the headset is charged and can power on, and please also try cross-testing by connecting them to different devices.

Tryed the pairing tool but the pair button is gray even though it can detect my device, any ideal how to fix that? @Jiaszzz_ROG

May I ask if you have both the USB cable connected to the headsets and the 2.4G dongle connected to the PC simultaneously?
