Delta S Wireless not working in 2.4

I bought td Delta S Wireless in December, and I've already had to send it back in February for another problem (it wouldn't start up at all). I got a fresh new headset exchange.

Since this morning, the headset no longer works in 2.4, it only works in BT.

When I switch it on in 2.4, there's a little "beep", but that's all. It's recognized, but that's all. No sound. No mic. The settings are not accessible. The blue LED flashes.
In BT there's a little "beep" and then "connected". The headset works. The blue LED is steady.

When I plug it in, it says "PC Mode" but that's all. The updates (I formatted the whole PC today, for this problem) are in error, it asks me to connect the cable and the dongle, both are connected.

I think the problem is with the dongle. I haven't seen any way to factory reset either the headset or the dongle, this feature isn't provided (for a 200€ headset).

Wow, there are a number of ways to approach someones mess up, and I would say that yours would have to be the worst.  You could have said something along the lines of wrong spot bud rather than being aggressive, maybe the mods will do something about that too then. 

Do not complain when you use the subject of another to raise your problem, this is also one of the worst mentalities. Make your own topic and don't mess with ours with your problem, or, for once, click on the good button.

I totally have the right to complain about your behavior, you have nothing to do on this topic except to bring an additional element to the cited problem or to provide a solution. You don't do either, you just expose your personal problem, which you should have done in your own topic.

I was cordial, I didn't insult you, I just asked you to delete your message which is totally off topic. It was the least you could do to delete your post. Instead you come to tell us that if you don't know how to use the forum (for a gamer, lol) it's because you're laggy. Just click the good button.

ps: You confuse aggressiveness with firmness. I don't have time for your problem, make your own topic. You're not even capable of apologizing...

I have the same pairing problem, the 2,4 Ghz dongle and headset won't connect anymore. It stopped working when the Armoury Crate app updated a few weeks ago. So, I have been using the bluetooth mode instead till the problem is fixed, but the dongle is better, less delay in the audio.

Good morning; I have the same problem, Wi-Fi 2.4 mode does not work. I only have bluetooth mode that works fine. Armory Crate asks me to connect the helmet to the USB key (USB-C Dongle) but it is not possible for me to do so. Did you find the solution to use 2.4? Thank you very much, I am despairing the helmet is completely new!

Bonjour; J'ai le même problème, le mode Wi-Fi 2.4 ne fonctionne pas. Je n'ai que le mode bluetooth qui fonctionne bien. Armory Crate me demande de connecter le casque à la clé USB (Dongle USB-C) mais il ne m'est pas possible de le faire. Avez-vous trouvé la solution pour utiliser la 2.4 ? Merci beaucoup, je désespère que le casque soit complètement neuf !

Can you help me too? I got exactly same problem since may. My firmware version is and can't update and doesn't work at 2.4g dongle.
