Today, I encountered an issue with my headset, which appears to be related to the dongle. Yesterday, the headset functioned correctly in 2.4 GHz mode, but today it does not seem to work with any device except in Bluetooth mode. I attempted to use the software for pairing multiple times, but I was unable to pair the dongle (the pair button is greyed out). Additionally, I noticed that Windows recognizes the dongle as a partition.
