Armory crate told me I had to update my headset driver in order to access the settings, so I did.
After the update the 2.4Ghz dongle no longer works. When I flick the headset switch to 2.4 I don't hear "connected"
I followed these instructions to get the Bluetooth to work: https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-audio/delta-s-wireless-not-working-in-2-4/m-p/957430
Bluetooth function is useless to me because for a few reasons, so this headset is completely useless to me in this limited state.
Can you please help instruct me how to get the 2.4Ghz dongle to work again, or provide me with a replacement?
Best regards

I have tried uninstalling drivers from device manager
I have used the armory crate uninstaller, restarting windows and reinstalling AC but the check update button is still grayed out and the headset still only works in BT mode.
I've read every single post on here about the Delta s wireless, and tried connecting the headset to other PCs and phones and only the BT works.
I could reinstall windows but what is the point if the dongle doesn't work with other PCs?

Yes I have already attempted to connect the headset to other devices, as I described, no matter the device only Bluetooth will work.
Thank you, I will await an answer.
