Can't register my ROG Delta S headphones

 I tried registering my used ROG Delta S that I recently bought off Amazon to Armoury Crate, but it said the serial number as already been registered. I can use it fine, but I wish I could tweak some settings to make it sound better. Anyone know how I can fix this?

based on your issue, could you confirm whether you're unable to install Armoury Crate? 

Could you provide a screenshot showing the registration remarks for our reference? 

Could you clarify which page displays the registration remarks? 

Does it mean that the headphones are already registered, or is there something else? 

Have you purchased a second-hand product? 

Please help us confirm.

I realized what I was trying to do was join ROG Elite Awards and that was not needed to be able to change the settings of my device. I don't care enough about ROG Elite Rewards, so I won't try to re-register my device anymore.
