I just bought a ROG Pelta headset, which is working fine with Bluetooth - usb cable, and the dongle itself is detected by my ROG laptop in both windows and Crate as ROG Pelta 2.4GHz. However, the headset is not playing any sound via the dongle, and crate wont let me view it in the devices tab.
What I've tried:
1. Full firmware update in crate using cable.
1.5: Downgrade to older versions.
2. Crate gear for pelta is installed.
3. Tried pairing tool previously provided for Delta S same issue. (which actually did not work due to having different dongle)
I'm sure there's no handshake between the dongle and the headset, because my android phone also detect the dongle but no sound.
I hope Asus releases a similar pairing tool again.
EDIT:
I got a new pair, which is working fine; however, the support sent me a new version of pairing tool that might be working for those who got the same issue. I'm not able to post the complete version due to the legal terms, so I just uploaded the A501 (Pelta) version of it.

seems like I can't send any private message :(. send me your email I'll contact you. It is all because they say the testing tools are not for the public.

Sounds like the 2.4 GHz dongle isn’t properly pairing with the headset, even though it’s detected by the system. This really feels like a missing or broken pairing utility on ASUS’ side—hopefully they release an official Pelta pairing tool soon.
