brand new rog delta ii warranty is expired

Hello ASUS and ROG,

I bought a brand new rog delta ii  from Amazon on  30 October  2024. But when I made the product registration on ROG site, It showed that my headset was out of warranty (warranty expired ),  brand new, so could someone from ASUS can explain that to me?

  1. Product serial number: You can find your product serial number on the product packaging, the product itself, or on the product registration page.
  2. Purchase invoice: If possible, please provide your purchase invoice (electronic or paper).
