Beeping every like 40 seconds with the ROG Delta s wireless

I did see another post but it wasnt answered and I hope to get this fixed because I cant return it due to being a gift from someone

I get this error in the app and I get this sound in the video attached. 

I just didnt use my headset for a day and now it beeps all the time

to assist you better in resolving the problem, we need to understand some details further. 

  1. First, please clarify if the issue occurs immediately after you stop using the headphones.

  3. Have you confirmed that both the receiver and headphone firmware versions are updated to the latest versions?
  4. How are you currently connecting the headphones? Does the problem occur in all three connection modes?
  5. Have you connected the headphones to other devices for cross-testing and verified if the issue persists?
  6. Are you sure the battery is fully charged? We suggest you first connect the charging cable and then check if the beep sound still occurs.

If the problem continues to persist after reinstalling the software and confirming that both the receiver and headphone firmware versions are updated, please provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center page and logs. 

Please ensure that the logs accurately record the situation when the problem occurs.
