I did see another post but it wasnt answered and I hope to get this fixed because I cant return it due to being a gift from someone
I get this error in the app and I get this sound in the video attached.
I just didnt use my headset for a day and now it beeps all the time

If the problem continues to persist after reinstalling the software and confirming that both the receiver and headphone firmware versions are updated, please provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center page and logs.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the situation when the problem occurs.

After logging, please upload it to the cloud and send us the link.
