Hello,
After a Windows update, my audio level is always at maximum regardless of the audio settings (for example 2 %). According to different forums where other people have met the same issue, I have tried the following solutions:
-use the troubleshooting service from Windows
-uninstall and reinstall the Realtek audio driver (last version)
-I have also uninstalled the audio driver in safe mode. After the restart it works, I can adjust the volume but after several minutes or a second restart, the problem is back.
Therefore, have you other advices to try to solve this problem?

Finally, I have solved the issue, or rather MyASUS app has solved it. Indeed, by associating my computer with my Asus account, the app has allowed me to identify a mysterious driver update (Dolby Atmos Packages) for the audio system that is unvailable on the Asus download center website.
For people who have the same problem, I hope this post can help you!
