Hey,
I have the some issues with the Mic my Theta 7.1, the red light is always on, it doesnt work at all, I just installed the latest version of Armoury crate 5.7.9.0, ROG theta is set as the audio input/output device, I didnt modify anything. few days ago the mic just stops working and i had to restart the computer. lately was working fine but suddenly it stopped working . I did some research, to many people who bought it have mic issues.
Does anybody know a way to fix it?

based on your issue, could you kindly help verify the following question?
1.Have you tried uninstalling the software using the Armoury Crate uninstall tool and then reinstalling it?
2.. How are you currently connecting your headphones?
3. Did the issue with the microphone arise after updating Armoury Crate?
4. Is the problem related to the microphone not picking up any sound, leading to others not hearing you? Can you hear any sound yourself?
5. Have you tried testing the headphones on another device to check if the issue persists?
6. Could you provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center?
7. Could you also help record and provide the relevant logs for us to investigate further?

after the latest update, my headphones ROG THETA 7.1 do not respond to the software. I tried them on another device, but the problem persisted. does not respond to any settings. I tried reinstalling Armory Crate (uninstalling through the official uninstaller from official support on the Asus website) I can only think that the update could have been bad, or the update damaged my headphones.

After careful verification by the backend team, the team plan to release a new version of Audio SDK v3.01.19 within this week to address the current issues.
To prevent more users from encountering the same problems after updating, the team have temporarily removed the old version of Audio SDK v3.01.17.
During this period, you can choose to reinstall Armoury Crate or patiently wait for the new version to be available for update later this week.
