ASUS ROG DELTA S Wireless mic problem

Hi, I am having issue with my asus rog delta s wireless mic shutting down every 3-5minutes and its getting annoying. anyone knows how to solve this issue? 

like when im talking in discord it will randomly shut down(not mute) it will just stop detecting my voice when I speak even in armory crate. i had to turn it off then on to make it work but i had to do it every 5minutes.

Check your headset and microphone are set to the windows input and output devices. You can also run the troubleshooter.

Below that, click "More sound settings", click the recording tab and check your microphone is set to the default device.

Tried this and still the same. will randomly stop detecting my voice. sleep mode set to never on armor crate

based on your question, does the problem occur right from the start when you first received the headphones, or did it start happening after a specific update? 

Does the issue only occur on Discord, or does it also happen when listening to music or watching videos? 

Are you currently using the 2.4GHz connection mode? Do the issues persist in other connection modes as well? 

Have you tried cross-testing the headphones with another PC to see if the problem occurs there as well? 

Please ensure that both your headphones and receiver firmware are updated to the latest version. 

Additionally, please provide logs for our reference.
Please confirm that the logs have accurately recorded the issue at the time it occurred.
