ASUS ROG DELTA S WIRELESS - Firmware and Driver problem

Hello,

i have issues with delta s wireless firmware and driver. My sound and microphone is really bad. 

I tried

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Armoury Crate 10 times.
Trying  to update firmware but no success. Doesnt show any new firmware.
Re pair with tool.
Formatted Windows.

Can you help me ? Do we have any manuel firmware update tool ? or any workaround to  update driver and firmware ?

  1. Could you please provide more details about when this issue occurred? You mentioned that both the sound and microphone have problems. 
  2. Can you describe the specific scenarios in which the issues occur?
  3. Does the problem only happen in specific software, or does it occur during general use as well?

If possible, please provide audio or video files demonstrating the issue for our reference.

You mentioned that you have already tried reinstalling. Have you used the official uninstall tool for this process?

Since this headset supports three different connection methods, have you cross-tested all three connection methods to see if the issue persists?

Have you tried connecting the headset to different devices?

Furthermore, please provide the product serial number via private message.

It's brand new headset.
In discord my friend ask me are you joining from phone 🙂 i said i bought new headset. My old one has good microphone quality and they realized in a sec.

I tried many headsets and this sound quality is like oem brand maybe even worse.

In discord it looks also not certified but it must be.

Yes, i used official uninstalling tool.

Yes, i tried all of methods. Nothing is changing.

İ just tried on phone via bluetooth. its same.

I think main problem is driver and firmware update.i believe if i could manage to install them issue will be gone.

I will try to upload some samples tonight.

Additionally, regarding your mention of "I think the main problem is driver and firmware update," are you referring to the inability to update the firmware of your headphones? 

Based on the image you provided, the Armoury Crate does not indicate any available updates for the headphones, indicating that you are already using the latest version and no update is needed.
