Okay I have had this headset for about 4 months now, charge it with the cable it came with etc. I had it charging overnight, I try to turn it on the next day for nothing to happen, I plug it back in thinking mby I didn't plug it in properly but the red light shows, I set it to 0 power mode and the light disappears, I put it to 2.4 or bluetooth only the red charging light stays. There isn't even an attempt at the blue connection light on either option? Anyone experience anything like this, do I just need to send it in for warranty?

Hi @Dotsi ,
based on your issue, could you confirm whether your headphone display a red light when charging, but once removed from charging, no lights are on, and the headphones don't function (in both 2.4G and Bluetooth modes)?
Have you made any recent updates?
Please provide screenshots of the Armoury Crate update center/ headphone showing red light and logs for our reference.
