Asus rog delta 2 headphones automatically disables 2.4 connection after update in gunbox.

I bought the headphones a couple of weeks ago and I was too lazy to update them, you seemed to be fine, today I completely updated them and they started constantly disconnecting from 2.4 connections about every 10 minutes.

To better assist you with your headset issue, we would like to confirm the following:

  1. Different device testing: Please try connecting your headset to a different device (e.g., smartphone, tablet) to see if the issue persists.
  2. Different connection methods: Have you tried connecting the headset using a wired connection instead of wireless?
  3. Armoury Crate software: We recommend that you use the ASUS official Armoury Crate uninstaller to completely uninstall the software, then reinstall it and check if the issue persists.
  4. Provide logs: If the issue persists, please provide us with the relevant logs from Armoury Crate. This will help us analyze the problem further.

The log files contain detailed information about the software's operation, which can help our backend team identify the issue. 
Please ensure that the logs accurately capture the moment the issue occurs. (Please enable logging, perform the problematic operation once, and then package the logs.)
Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate log files: Please refer to Q5: What is APP Diagnostics? https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1043747/#a14

After completing the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and provide the link along with the approximate time and method of operation for our analysis. 
Also, please provide your product serial number.
