So, yesterday after update new "Asus framework service-HS plugin" bass in the settings is working really weird, i thought that just changing interface, but while listening same music on the same volume, and games, bass gonna break my ears, i put it on 0 with turn on, but it still high level, i mean before update was clearly smooth sound bass, not like in subwoofer, someone check it already or its just me?

based on your question, could you kindly confirm the following information:

  1. May I ask if you could provide us with the model number of your product for verification? 
  2. Could you also provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate Update Center page? 
  3. Have you tried using the official Armoury Crate uninstall tool to uninstall the software and reinstall it? 

If you have reinstalled the software and the issue still persists, please provide the Armoury Crate logs for our reference.

The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help us quickly identify the problem. 

Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.

Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate logs:

Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message.

Also, please provide us with your product serial number.
