I updated to Audio SDK v3.01.19 and found equalizer still didn't work, so I reinstalled Armoury Crate too.
I checked out the other threads and found out that I don't have the Bongiovi driver on my Theta 7.1.
And there is Bongiovi in System32 folder.

I have uninstalled the drivers just installs the same Microsoft one again. I have went into device manager and forced updated it having it pointed at the Asus folder finds a Bongiovi Acoustics driver but then my ROG delta S becomes an unknown device and does not work as you see playing a test tone makes an error and needless to say there is no sound what so ever.

Hi @HerbalMan420 ,
have you encountered the issue where the equalizer cannot be adjusted even after updating to Audio SDK v3.01.19?
Have you performed a reboot after the update?
If you've confirmed the restart and have also uninstalled and reinstalled the software but the issue persists, please provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center page and logs for the backend team to analyze.
For log operation steps, please refer to Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature)
https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1043747/#a14
After recording the log, please upload it to the cloud, approve access, and PM me the link.
Additionally, kindly provide the product serial number. Thank you.

Thank you for the screenshot.
It shows you're updated but now you have no sound?
Leave it as is and run the windows Audio troubleshooter, see if it finds and fixes the problem.

I ran the troubleshooter it fails. The audio services I assume its talking about not responding are both on automatic and running.

Also tried your ROG Delta S rescue thing and this is what happens.

Sorry to hear you're still having issues.
Try using the usb-c to usb-a adapter that came with your headset, connect it to a pc usb 2.0 or 3.0 port. I'm using the usb-c to usb-a adapter cable that came with mine.
I only update my headset through Armoury Crate, not through Device Manager.
To be sure the updating goes properly, here's what I'd try:
1) Disconnect your ROG Delta S.
2) Uninstall Armoury Crate as shown in my earlier screenshot.
3) Connect your headset with the usb-c to usb-a adapter.
4) Install Armoury Crate version 3.2.9.1 and update through Armoury Crate only.
Does this get your ROG Delta S updated with the EQ working?

That is exactly how the first time I installed the headset went when I brought it home minus the uninstalling of Armoury Crate. I only did that through device manager because its clear that Armoury Crate won't or can't.

Thank you for all the information, it really helps.
So, the windows audio troubleshooter says the audio services are not responding.
This is probably because your ROG Delta S is showing as an unknown device in device manager, I'm not sure why you'd get that from just doing an update.
If you haven't tried this already, something easy to try is....
In device manager, right click on the unknown device, click uninstall and reboot.
On the reboot, you should have an update in Armoury Crate for your ROG Delta S, try updating and see if this gets it working.
Here are my latest versions.

I tried the above post along with this one I am replying to. Windows automatically installs that driver the first picture every time whether or not Armoury Crate is installed. I check for updates under Armoury Crate it never finds any outside the Device SDK. I have uninstalled that microsoft driver many times it just reinstalls it.
