I updated to Audio SDK v3.01.19 and found equalizer still didn't work, so I reinstalled Armoury Crate too.
I checked out the other threads and found out that I don't have the Bongiovi driver on my Theta 7.1.
And there is Bongiovi in System32 folder.

based on your issue, may I ask after you update to Audio SDK v3.01.19 the setting in Armoury Crate still doesn't work?
Have you try to use the Uninstall tool to reinstall the Armoury Crate?
After you update to the latest version, please try reboot your PC.
If the issue persists, please record logs.
Open the log > adjust settings, then pack the logs.
For log operation steps, please refer to Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature) at https://www.asus.com/TW/support/FAQ/1043747/#a14.
After recording the logs, upload them to the cloud, approve access, and then PM the link to us.
Also, please provide the product serial number.

Yes, after updating to Audio SDK v3.01.19, the equalizer settings in Armoury Crate still didn't work, so I reinstalled it.
I have used the Uninstall Tool followed by the Armoury Crate & Aura Creator Installer to install the latest version directly and the Uninstall Tool followed by the Armoury Crate Full Installation Package to install old version and update to the latest, both ways don't work.
I forgot to mention that during the audio SDK v3.01.17 issue, I used a temporary fix suggested in another thread "remove the Bongiovi driver with https://github.com/lostindark/DriverStoreExplorer and use the Armoury Crate Full Installation Package" and equalizer is fine then.
The App Diagnostics Share Link and Product Serial Number have been sent to you.

I have the same problem but with a different headset the ROG Delta S wired. The only driver that installs is this one.

I'm using the ROG Delta S Animate and the Equalizer is working in Armoury Crate. Make sure you have the Equalizer turned on in Armoury Crate.
If you have Armoury Crate installed, uninstall it with the windows uninstaller. Reboot your pc and install Armoury Crate version 3.2.9.1 - Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)
Once installed, head to the Armoury Crate update center and do the updates. You could try this as well fateolive.

I have installed and reinstalled Armoury Crate I have used the uninstall tool in between that. Same results different day. Headset is brand new from 01/31/2024. I see people talk about a Bongiovi driver but I only have the microsoft one.

You don't have to use the Armoury Crate uninstall tool anymore, the Armoury Crate uninstaller initiates with the windows uninstaller.
You look to have an outdated driver and yours shows Microsoft where mine shows Bongiovi Acoustics.
I might try uninstalling your ROG Delta S from Device Manager, reboot and do the updates in Armoury Crate.
