Armoury Crate headphone equalizer still doesn't work after Audio SDK v3.01.19 update.

I updated to Audio SDK v3.01.19 and found equalizer still didn't work, so I reinstalled Armoury Crate too.
I checked out the other threads and found out that I don't have the Bongiovi driver on my Theta 7.1.
And there is Bongiovi in System32 folder.

I'll uninstall My ROG Delta S Animate from device manager and uninstall Armoury Crate, I'll reboot and see what driver installs.

OK, so I uninstalled my ROG Delta S Animate from device Manager, uninstalled Armoury Crate and rebooted.

Checking the sound settings after the reboot it shows the Bongiovi driver was installed. Let's see if we can find why windows is installing a microsoft driver.

Can the driver only be obtained through Armoury Crate software?

I'm pretty sure you get the driver through Armoury Crate. Checking the ASUS Support Center under drivers, Armoury Crate is the only thing listed other than the firmware rescue.

I have two questions.

1) Are you using a laptop?

2) Have you downloaded any drivers or programs/applications related to ASUS from the Microsoft store?

2. No I have not. Only Asus stuff I have downloaded was from your website for my Motherboard Z690-PLUS WIFI D4

I don't mean to run you in circles and I apologize we haven't found the fix yet.

So, you've uninstalled Armoury Crate and reinstalled and that didn't help. Short of reinstalling windows, I'm starting to run out of suggestions.

Since you have no sound after updating, check the windows sound output is set to your ROG Delta S.

Correct it is set but comes up unknown device for god knows what reason. They only driver that works and produces sound is the microsoft one but it makes no use of the Armoury Crate software.
