3.5mm Jack was working perfectly now completely messed up

I have the ROG Delta 2 headphones. Got them for Christmas, have had no issues until yesterday, the headphones aren’t working plugged in using the wired cord. I use PC and have a splitter but nothing comes out. Just tried to plug it into my PS5 controller and the same thing happened, starting to feel a little crazy. The Bluetooth and dongle work completely fine but anytime I plug the cord in my PC or PS5 controller there is 0 audio even if my PC claims there is. Any help would be super appreciative

To better understand the headphone audio issue you are experiencing, please perform the following tests:

1. Cable test: Please try using another 3.5mm audio cable to confirm whether it is a cable issue.
2. Headphone jack check: Please check the 3.5mm jack on the headphones for damage or dirt.
3. PC audio output test: Please try using other headphones or speakers to connect to the PC audio output to confirm whether it is a PC issue.

If the problem persists after trying the above steps, we recommend that you send the headphones to an official service center for further assistance.
