Hi @jagamer @Jstyle511 @muteki2014 ,

Thank you for reporting the issue regarding the ROG Raikiri Pro not working.

To better understand and assist you with this issue, we would like to confirm the following:

  1. Scope of the wireless mode issue: Are you unable to use both the 2.4GHz wireless mode and Bluetooth mode, or none of the modes can work?
  2. Software reinstallation: We recommend that you try using the official Armoury Crate uninstallation tool to completely uninstall the software and then reinstall it to rule out any software conflicts or corruption.

If the problem persists after completing the above steps, please provide us with the Armoury Crate usage log so that our engineering team can conduct a more detailed analysis.

The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help the team identify the problem.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.
Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate logs:
Please refer to Q5: What is APP Diagnostics? (New Feature)

Also, please provide us with your product serial number.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.
