ROG Raikiri Pro won't turn on

I bought a ROG Raikiri Pro controller recently and it cannot turn on now after I tried to do a firmware update.

1. Does the indicator light turn on when you plug in the charging cable?
2. After connecting to the power source, can Armoury Crate and Device Manager detect the device?
3. Have you tried using the uninstall tool to uninstall and then reinstall Armoury Crate to verify the issue?
4. We recommend trying to connect the device to other different devices and ports to check the problem.
