ROG Raikiri Pro not connecting via Bluetooth/Dongle to Steam Deck nor via Bluetooth to Apple TV 4

I recently purchased the ROG Raikiri Pro controller, a product that caught my attention due to its diverse functionalities and versatility. However, I am experiencing difficulties connecting it to two of my devices, which prevents me from enjoying the full experience that the controller promises.

Problems:

  • Steam Deck: I tried connecting the Raikiri Pro via Bluetooth and using the 2.4GHz RF dongle, but in both attempts the controller was not recognized by the Steam Deck. I have already verified that the Steam Deck's Bluetooth is active and working properly with other devices. The same applies to the dongle connection, which showed no signs of recognition.
  • Apple TV 4K: I connected the Raikiri Pro to the Apple TV 4K using Bluetooth, according to the product specifications. However, the Apple TV did not recognize the controller.

Additional information:

  • Both devices (Steam Deck and Apple TV 4K) are updated with the latest versions of their respective operating systems.
    * The firmware of my Raikiri Pro is on the latest version available on the ARMORY CRATE.
  • I have already tried restarting both devices, as well as the controller, but the problem persists.
  • I remove the sync from PC an NVIDEA Shield.

I would like to know if anyone has encountered similar problems and if there is any solution or specific configuration that I can try. I appreciate any help or suggestions you can offer.

In my computer it works via dongle and BT.

Regarding your issue, please refer to the support function list below. If using a wired connection, is the controller recognized? 

Additionally, did this issue appear as soon as you received the device? 

Please first use a wired connection to access Armoury Crate and confirm if the controller firmware is up to date. 

Also, ensure you have updated the ROG RAIKIRI PRO Bluetooth driver. ROG Raikiri Pro | Gaming controllers｜ROG - Republic of Gamers｜ROG Global
