I recently purchased the ROG Harpe II mouse, and I’ve noticed that it occasionally freezes for a few seconds. I’m not sure whether it goes into sleep mode during use or if the connection drops. This doesn’t happen often — about 1–3 times a day, and sometimes not at all.
In normal mode I use 800 DPI / 500 Hz, and in gaming “zone mode” I use 800 DPI / 2000 Hz (I also tried 4000 Hz and 8000 Hz), but the issue remains the same. I also tested it by connecting to different USB ports, but the problem still occurs.
