Hi everyone,
after updating to FW v1.0.61 and Windows 11 home 24H2 (26100.3915) my ROG Harpe Ace started to register a second left-click on release.
At the same time, the dongle stopped working for both the Harpe Ace and my ROG Strix Scope II 96 keyboard.
What I tried so far
1. Clean reinstall of Armoury Crate (latest version 6.1.18.0) + device kit.
2. Mouse HW reset (L+R+Wheel press).
3. Different USB ports & cables.
Firmware pop‑up issue
Armoury Crate shows “Ano / Ne” instead of “Yes / No” (see screenshot) and the update never starts even if I follow the instructions.
Italiano (breve):
Ho lo stesso doppio clic al rilascio, dongle KO e tasti pop‑up tradotti male.
I’m also tracking the original (now inactive) thread here: https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-mice/rog-harpe-ace-aim-lab-double-click/td-p/1088953
Thanks in advance!

Hello, thank you for reporting this issue. Please show a screenshot of your mouse firmware.
You mentioned that your ROG Strix Scope II 96 keyboard also stopped working with the receiver, is it sharing the connection with the Harpe Ace? In other words, is the mouse and keyboard connected to one single omni receiver?

Hi @Howwanna ,
Below is the updated reply with the firmware information after the resets.
Mouse firmware screenshot:
(Armoury Crate → Device → Update – Harpe Ace currently shows v1.0.61.0)
Receiver / Omni‑Receiver history
1. Full hardware reset of both devices.
2. Re‑flashed each device to the latest firmware available in Armoury Crate:
3. Repeated the Omni pairing procedure and, alternatively, the original two‑dongle setup – the devices remain undetected in both cases.
Current woraround
Mouse → Bluetooth
Keyboard → USB‑C cable
One receiver is still plugged into the PC in case it’s needed for diagnostics.
Thanks again for your help!

Thank you for the detailed information.
1. Please navigate to either receiver (dongle) device inside Armoury Crate.
2. Please make sure that for both Omni Receivers, you delete any existing pairings. Try updating the receiver to support Omni, if you haven't already done so before.
3. Retry the pairing process.
When you pair a device to another Omni Receiver, please make sure that its original pairing is disconnected. Let me know if you can successfully pair your device to your receiver again, and I can further assist you in the mouse double clicking issue, thank you.

I reset the firmware of the mouse and the dongle, the real problem was the firmware of the dongle updated wrongly. Now I would like to fix the double click problem that happens when I slowly release the left mouse button, it can happen sometimes yes and sometimes no, what should I do to fix it?
Now I have both keyboard and mouse connected via dongle.
