Hi,
How is the mouse connected? Are you using the Omni receiver?
Currently on same firmware and battery is reported correctly.

I'm using the Omni receiver which the receiver(2.4GHz) version is 6.00.08. Everything was good till a few days ago after i update the mouse software.

Strange. Is the battery reported correctly in BT or USB mode?

if I plug in the USB and turn the mouse to wired mode, It will show up like this and the battery keep charging at 0%, but I'm pretty sure the battery not 0% since i can use it normally.

Very odd - Firstly, I'd try using the AC Uninstool Tool from the support site and reinstall the suite.

I'll try to reinstall the AC first, hope that will help with the issue, thank you.

Try re-running the firmware update via the tool on the support site. Could potentially be a bad firmware update.
If no luck, export logs and fill in bug report form here: Armoury Crate V5.8.6.0 & V5.7.9.0 / AURA Creator V3.7.6.0 [Report here if any issues] (asus.com)

Hi @LCT227 ,
according to your issue, did the problem occur after the update to 8.00.01?
When connected in 2.4G mode, does the battery level also show as 0%?
After switching to wired mode, does the battery level show as charging and continue to remain at 0%?
Please confirm if this understanding is correct.
To further assist you, please provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center page and logs.
Please ensure that the logs accurately capture the issue at the time it occurred.
(Start recording > Use wired connection > Check battery level > Use 2.4G connection > Check battery level > Reboot > Check battery level > Stop recording)
For log operation steps, please refer to Q5: What is App Diagnostics?

Additionally, please provide the product serial number. Thank you.
