ROG gaming charger dock not working

I just bought a ROG gaming charger dock few days ago and the manual sheet shows that the USB-C should be 65W output. But when I try to connect my ROG Ally it doesn't charge at all... I check the output by connecting to my power bank with display, it shows only 0.1W. What's going on, it's brand new out from the box

I tried other 65W charger it works fine... only the ROG gaming charger dock not working like how it described and I just unboxed and test when it 1st arrived. I bought it through Taiwan, how can I send it?
