Im unable to change the setting our use any profiles I created. This is the error message I am getting when I try to open it in armoury crate. G512lW laptop windows 10.

Could you confirm if clicking on the headphones in the device page leads to the screen you provided earlier?
Could you please provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center page?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software using the official uninstall tool?

based on your issue, could you please provide more details about when the issue occurs?
Are you experiencing an error message as soon as you open Armoury Crate, or are you unable to access the settings page for the ROG Delta S headset?
Have you tried using the official "uninstall tool" to uninstall and reinstall the software?
Have you confirmed that both Armoury Crate version and the headset firmware are up to date?
Additionally, please provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center page and the logs as requested.
Please confirm that the logs have accurately recorded the issue at the time it occurred.

I am unable to open the settings for the rog delta s and I am still able to use the headphones but I cant change the settings.
I have not tried to uninstall anything yet.
All the drivers are up to date I can still update headphones.
I don't know how to upload logs but I have them.
