ROG CHAKRAM X ORIGIN & ROG BALTHEUS QI Wireless charging

Hello after receiving above mouse a few days ago and today the mouse pad I tried to charge the mouse wiresessly with the mouse pad and I haven't got it to work yet! I also tried charging the mouse with my phone and with a very big power bank which also has a fast wireless charging, I can still try with a cable with a round wireless charging qi on the other side I also pretty recently bought. Nothing worked unfortunally yet. The mousepad just charges my phone's (iPhone X & Samsung Note 10+) so I don't know what I am doing wrong anymore.

I only haven't rebooted my computer yet but I am going to do that now, I received the mousepad maybe 5-6 hours ago. Unfortunally it is weekend now and the shop I bought the mouse from is closed they are only open on working days. I can post picture's or even video's if needed, but maybe I am doing something wrong ? Maybe a limitation of the device ? I was thinking maybe I need to connect the receiver with the mouse or something, I haven't found alot of information about the mouse yet on the internet especially youtube video's. More video's about the asus rog chakram x (not origin) I don't know if that mouse also supports wireless charging. I need to still register both devices.

And btw I also don't know yet where exactly to look if the device is charging, it's still new to me and a bit unclear.

I only see it on the mousepad or on my phone etc. I don't know if Windows will show it, I connected the mouse already with a cable and I thought Asus Armory crate showed it was charging but I am not 100% sure. If I click on armory crate it shows the mouse first and the I click on armory crate and then it opens armory crate now.

Ah never mind I accidently bought a mouse which doesn't support wireless charging, I found the mouse not that heavy. It did mention it in the manual but I didn't read it that well it mentions that this mouse doesn't support it with an asterix I also read it here on the rog forum.

I didn't figure out how to use the joystick in maps as shown somewhere I think on the Asus product page, in google maps for example to quicker or easier browse to the google maps. Ohw maybe it doesn't work wireless, that also explains why.
