Hi,
I had the Rog Azoth few months ago, then the issue started. when pressing the keys e, d and a number, duplicated keys showed up. This happened when I updated the firmware. I uninstalled Armoury Crate and reinstalled, the issue was fixed for 2.4GHz connection only. Then, I accidentally updated the software about 2 or 3 weeks ago and the issue happened again. I cannot use the keyboard. I reseted the keyboard several times, reinstalled the Armoury Crate several times without results.
I am using Asus TUF F15 with Windows 11. If you need more information, I am glad to help. Below is a text example by typing with the keyboard (pressing keys keys e and d, and no matter if you type slowly or fast):
eeeeeweeeeeeweeeeeeee

Hi @Aureliannn_ROG I already tried that several times and also tried again. The issue persists. I sent All the detailed specifications in my second reply in this thread. Should I send it here again? Anyways, below is the information I already sent. I thought you had processed that info before. I tried ALL the options you recommended in support, so I ask carefully for replicating the issue:
Armoury Crate Version

Hi @Aureliannn_ROG While I reach out support (I went to the local supplier and they asked me to call a phone number) I saw there is a new version of several items, are they related to the keyboard? If so, could I know the changelog?

Hi @Aureliannn_ROG if it helps, I tried cleaning the keycaps and switches, and the keyboard works better with the wireless mode, but curiously, using the Bluetooth mode, there are several keys that when I press, it also presses other keys, it happens with the number 2, the letters s,d,e and even the windows button. Using the wireless mode stops the issue. I tested in multiple devices. I hope this helps with the investigation and go to the cause of this potential software bug.
