ROG Azoth keyboard will not recognize 2.4 dongle

I've been messing with this for a few hours now. I can use the keyboard just fine while it's connected via USB. But when I switch to 2.4 it will not find the receiver at all. 
I've tried the receiver in multiple ports, both on the system itself and in a USB hub directly next to the keyboard. The system recognizes that I've plugged something in every time (I hear a windows chime), but that's it. No communication between keyboard and dongle. 
Any help would be appreciated.

According to your question, please help confirm the following issues:

1. When did the problem start? Did you make any changes or updates before the issue occurred?
2. Have you tried using the official Armoury Crate uninstall tool to uninstall and reinstall the software?
3. Are your keyboard and dongle firmware currently up to date? (kindly provide the screenshot of the Armoury crate update center)

If you have confirmed that the above are not the issues, but the problem still occurs, please provide Armoury Crate logs for our reference. 

The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help us quickly identify the problem. 

Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue. Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate logs:

Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message.
