- Video recording: To better understand the problem, please record a video of the repeated input process. Is the repeated input issue happening in specific cases? This will help us quickly locate the issue.
- Firmware version confirmation: Please confirm that the firmware versions of your keyboard and dongle are the latest. You can check in Armoury Crate under "Device" > "ROG Azoth" > "Firmware". Please provide us with a screenshot.
- Firmware update: Please visit the ASUS official website to download and install the latest firmware version (Version 1.0.0.13). ROG Azoth | Gaming keyboards|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global
- Factory reset: After confirming the firmware update, please try to reset the keyboard to factory settings (Fn+Esc) and check whether the issue still persist.
