My Asus ROG Falchion NX keyboard has an issue with updating the driver in Armory Crate. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Armory Crate, but I still can’t update the keyboard driver. I also tried going into Device Manager to delete the driver, but it still can’t be updated. I hope you can respond and assist me. Thank you.446027253_437526515721180_3170985135966944691_n.png

according to your question, may I ask the following questions?

  1. When did this issue start occurring? 
  2. Have you made any changes or modifications?

If you have reinstalled the software and the issue still persists, please provide the Armoury Crate logs for our reference. 

These logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help the team identify the problem. 

Please make sure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue by following the steps mentioned in Q5: What is APP Diagnostics? (New Feature).

Once you have completed the steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message. 

Additionally, please provide us with your product serial number.
