Problem with Strix Sope II 96 and rog omni receiver

I bought a new keyboard "scope II 96 wireless" but the Armory Crate app doesn't see it when connected via the included receiver

Keyboard firmware version 4.00.02

When connected via a wire, everything works as it should
When connected via a dongle, the keyboard responds to clicks but the app doesn't see it

I can't update the keyboard because it requires connecting both the wire and the dongle, but the dongle is not detected by the app

To better understand your issue, we would like you to confirm the following:

  1. When did the problem start: When did this problem start to occur? Could the keyboard and receiver be used normally before that? Have you updated the keyboard firmware or Armoury Crate software?
  2. Device recognition: When you use the ROG Omni receiver, does the keyboard completely fail to appear in the device list of Armoury Crate? Or can it be displayed but cannot operate normally?
  3. Re-pairing: Please follow these steps to re-pair the ROG Omni receiver:
  • Unpair: In Armoury Crate, find the ROG Omni receiver and unpair it from the keyboard.
  • Re-pair: Restart Armoury Crate and follow the software prompts to re-pair the keyboard.

If the problem persists after re-pairing, please provide the Armoury Crate logs. You can find the log-related options in the Armoury Crate settings.

The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help the team identify the problem.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.

Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message. 
Also, please provide us with your product serial number.

  • Notes:
  1. Other connection methods: Before re-pairing, ensure that no other devices are connected to the ROG Omni receiver.
  2. Software version: Please make sure you are using the latest version of Armoury Crate software.
