Problem with new omni receiver

Hi, I received my ROG KERIS II ACE yesterday, and I have a problem with the Omni receiver which gives the error S-1000.
On the other hand, the Omni reciver of the ROG STRIX SCOPE II 96 Wireless works perfectly well and I was able to synchronize the ROG KERIS with it.

Here is what I tried (also restarting my PC):
- uninstall all receiver Omni, keyboard and mouse drivers;
- uninstall/reinstall Armory Crate;
- update drivers;

Someone can help me ?

I have just unsuccessfully tried to install Armory Crate and tried to use the problematic OMNI receiver, with a PC that has never used these devices.
In fact, it detects it in the firmware to be updated, but the receiver does not appear in the devices

Have you tried Armoury Crate Gear and did you still have errors? You'll want to uninstall Armoury Crate before installing it.

Ok,

If it's not detecting the ROG Omni Receiver, try the wireless dongle in another pc usb port.
