Hi, I received my ROG KERIS II ACE yesterday, and I have a problem with the Omni receiver which gives the error S-1000.
On the other hand, the Omni reciver of the ROG STRIX SCOPE II 96 Wireless works perfectly well and I was able to synchronize the ROG KERIS with it.
Here is what I tried (also restarting my PC):
- uninstall all receiver Omni, keyboard and mouse drivers;
- uninstall/reinstall Armory Crate;
- update drivers;
Someone can help me ?
[EDIT]
I have just unsuccessfully tried to install Armory Crate and tried to use the problematic OMNI receiver, with a PC that has never used these devices.
In fact, it detects it in the firmware to be updated, but the receiver does not appear in the devices

Ok, before you can pair it to its own wireless dongle, it has to be unpaired from the ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless Omni Receiver.
Open the Scope II 96 Wireless Omni Receiver page and double check you've unpaired it.
To unpair it from the ROG Omni Receiver, click the X (Delete).
Once unpaired, try pairing it again to its own wireless dongle.

Ok,
Something to try is uninstalling and reinstalling Armouy Crate, this usually fixes all errors.
1) Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows.
2) Reboot your pc.
3) Connect the charging cable to your Harp Ace Extreme and a pc usb port.
4) Set the wireless switch on the bottom of the mouse to wired mode (switch set to the center position).
5) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port (should be already done).
6) Install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2 - Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)
7) Go to the Armoury Crate update center and check for updates.
How does it go after trying this?

I had an update this morning for the ROG Harpe Ace Extreme, the update for the mouse seemed to go ok, but I'm fighting to get the B_ROG Omni Receiver to update. I tried with the polling rate booster disconnected and this didn't help.
My Harpe Ace Extreme now shows in the Device list in wired mode, but I'm unable to access the Device page.
I briefly had the S-1000 error and got a message to upload a log, which I did.
When trying to access the ROG Omni Receiver in the device list, it says to install Armoury Crate Gear and that Armoury Crate will soon be supported.
So for now, you might want to uninstall Armoury Crate and try Armoury Crate Gear.

Ok,
Let me test this, give me a little while to uninstall Armoury Crate and install Armoury Crate Gear.

Armoury Crate Gear works with 2.4GHz wireless mode.
For now, I would recommend uninstalling Armoury Crate and install Armoury Crate Gear. - ROG Harpe Ace Extreme | Gaming mice|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global (asus.com)

So how are we all doing? Does anyone still have errors?
I'd like to give an update. I have quite a few ROG devices, I did a fresh install of Armoury Crate and all is well with the Keris II Ace and the Harpe Ace Extreme.
The Harpe Ace Extreme works with Armoury Crate and the ROG Omni Receiver, but the pages aren't accessible yet. An update is coming soon for the Harpe Ace Extreme for full Armoury Crate support.
