Omni Receiver not detech by armoury crate

I just bought a Rog scope II 96 wireless and a rog impact III wireless. After pairing those devices to one omni receiver, the armoury crate now can't detect the Rog Impact wireless and the omni receiver. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the armouryb crate many times and the issue still the same. 

If the Rog scope II 96 wireless is connected to omni receiver the armoury crate cannot detect the device and when it's connected to cable the armoury crate detecting it.

To better assist you with your issue, we recommend updating the firmware of your ROG STRIX SCOPE II 96 WIRELESS keyboard.

Update steps:

  1. Turn off Aura Sync: Please turn off the Aura Sync function on your keyboard.
  2. Download the update tool: Please visit the ASUS website (ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless | Gaming keyboards｜ROG - Republic of Gamers｜ROG Global (asus.com)) to download the ROG STRIX SCOPE II 96 WIRELESS firmware update tool v1.0.0.0.
  3. Update the firmware: Follow the tool's instructions to update the keyboard firmware to the latest version.
  4. Update Armoury Crate: Open the Armoury Crate software, go to the update center, and check for and update all components related to the ROG STRIX SCOPE II 96 WIRELESS.
  5. Re-pair the receiver: In the ROG OMNI RECEIVER page of Armoury Crate, unpair the keyboard and receiver first, and then re-pair them.
  6. Verify if the issue is resolved: After completing the above steps, please check if your original issue has been resolved.

Important Note:

  • Please do not unplug the keyboard or interrupt the power during the firmware update process.
  • The update process may take some time, please wait patiently.

I've tried but my devices still not detecting by armoury crate. when i paired these 2 devices to a one omni receiver it starts not detecting those devices. Even the omni receiver itself is not detected by armoury crate. hayssss

If you have reinstalled the software and the issue still persists, please provide the Armoury Crate logs for our reference. 
The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help the team identify the problem.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.
Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate logs:

Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message. 
Also, please provide us with your product serial number.
