Hello,
Currently having an issue with connecting my Falchion NX LP to its omni receiver after attempting to apply the firmware update here to allow my Keris mouse to use the omni receiver that comes with the keyboard.
Originally i used the software below on the omni receiver for the keyboard which is what seems to have broke it and wondered if there is anyway to reset it ?
But then when sucessfully updating the mouse's omni receiverd it still didn't recognise the keyboard or mouse when attempting it pair it.

I've tried uninstalling armoury crate and reinstalling it, i've tried resetting the keyboard and updating the firmware. Also, attempted to use the armoury crate gear app for the keyboard to connect it and that didn't work either. As well as removing the devices in device manager and restarting the PC.
If you need anymore information please let me know
Any help would be appreciated with this issue

Hello Watty12
I'm running a similar setup.
With both wireless dongles connected to pc usb ports, do you see two ROG Omni Receivers in your Armoury Crate Device list?
This will tell you, you've updated both wireless dongles to the ROG Omni Receiver.
I have four, you should have two.

Hey, thanks for the reply
I've just reinstalled armoury crate again and can only see one receiver at the moment.
I checked in the armoury create gear software and there is 2 showing up there.
I've made sure the keyboard and the receiver are up to date
RECEIVER: 6.00.06
KEYBOARD: 5.00.13
Let me know what to try next

Hey
When i atttmept to check for updates nothing comes up.
Also, how do you go about unpairing them when they don't show up in the software ? i haven't connected the keyboard to the other receiver as i only got the mouse today. The mouse is white as well, not sure if that has different firmware versions for the dongles
I know you mentioned that yours is the Keris II as well wheras mine is just the normal Keris Wireless Aimpoint, which didn't come with the omni receiver originally and had that update file originally that i mentioned to convert it into an omni receiver

To connect your mouse to the keyboard Omni Receiver, you'll first have to unpair it from its original Omni Receiver.
Then try pairing both to your keyboard Omni Receiver.
To pair your keyboard, set the wireless switch to 2.4GHz wireless mode (switch set to the center position), press and hold Fn + J to pair.
Use your mouse in wired mode, after clicking Mouse, switch to 2.4GHz wireless mode, press and hold the pair button on the bottom of the mouse for 3 seconds.
My mouse failed the first time.
I did a video, does this help?
