I can't change my asus rog strix moonlight white switches

How can i change them? My keyboard is under warranty but I purchased it from an official Asus reseller shop, I was told that to ship it and see if there is actually an error I have to pay. All because a switch doesn't work for me. So I wanted to do it myself, how do I change it? It cannot be dismantled

The ROG Strix Scope NX TKL Moonlight White keyboard offers three switch options: red, brown, and blue upon shipment. 

However, we're going to inform you that we are unable to provide a service for self-replacement of the switches.
