Hi have the big problem with omni receiver

Hi, I am using the rog keris ii ace and the rog azoth extreme, since i have pair them togehter by one time, and want to use the 8k funtion and unpair them, but i have one omni receiver facing some problem other one was fine and I have no idea which omni receiver come with which device. I have uninstall the whole armoury crate but still the same.  Can anyone help?

It looks like your ROG Azoth and Keris II Ace are in wired mode, are you able to access each device page in wired mode?

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the wireless dongle?

After reconnecting the wireless dongle, try switching your ROG Azoth and Keris II Ace to 2.4GHz wireless mode.

Do you still get the error after trying this?

I do try disconnecting them and reconnecting them back but still the same I only have one dongle is working and the page can load out but other one can't connect it. for the wired mode is because i was try my dongle and can't connect it so change to wired mode to typing.. i have no idea what can i do , and i also done reinstall the whole window by clean installing..

Ok, let's first make sure which wireless dongle you're having trouble with.

Check your ROG Keris II Ace, is the wireless dongle in its storage compartment on the bottom of the mouse?

Check your ROG Azoth, is the wireless dongle in its storage compartment below the Ins/Del keys?

errrr sorry because two dongle i already take out and use so i have no idea which one for , i just know which dongle have problem and now is plug in with my pc the dongle fine one are under my keris ii storage

I might connect the working wireless dongle and unpair the ROG Azoth Extreme and Keris II Ace.

Then, connect the other wireless dongle you're having trouble with and see if you still get the error.

ya i had try it,  and still having the same problem with the dongle because i cant load out the pairing page for me to pairing device..
