Hello, I just bought a Asus Tuf gaming laptop(2023) and I have a dell wd15, I can use my docking station on an another old dell laptop i have but doesnt seem to be working with the new asus laptop. The surprising thing is that the dock worked for 2 days and when i unplugged one of my monitors the dock decided to give up. I plugged in my old dell laptop just to make sure that it works with a single monitor and it worked but when i plug it back into the asus laptop it doesnt. Also the LED indicator on the usb-c part of the dock doesnt light up with the asus laptop but does with the dell. This is'nt the weirdest part though as everything except my monitor is working, i've tried multiple different cables and also tried multiple accesories but the monitors wont get a signal and all the accesories still work as usual. Is there any way i can make this work? Please help.
