Aura Sync Issues

Hi, 

I just purchased my rog ASUS ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless Gaming Keyboard  and ASUS ROG Harpe Gaming Wireless Mouse. Problem is I cannot sync them in Aura Sync with my Asus ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II AMD AM4  as I cannot see the option to tick my mouse and keyboard. Only the option to [ set Dynamic Lighting ] in windows. I confirm Dynamic Lighting is off on Windows. I have uninstalled Armoury Crate, using the uninstall tool, and re-install it, no issues here, all products properly registered. It was connected through 1 Omni receiver, which I revert back, and still same problem. I have set them on one Omni again, same issue. I cannot see the option on Armoury Crate to sync all of my components on Aura Sync.

Help please.

Yeah, i have same issue and cant find aura sync option in my device

Since the introduction of the Windows Dynamic Lighting, the mechanism for Aura Sync has changed slightly. Please refer to this FAQ.

first check your armory crate is updated or not and then go to devices option (on left side tool bar) first then slide down you will see aura sync turn it on and add your device
