Armoury Crate issues

There's something wrong with Armoury Crate, I can't customize the ROG Azoth Keyboard, when I click in the selection of the keyboard (is I usually change the keyboard light, oled etc) it was shown blank. I've tried to reinstall the Armoury Crate but still the same. Please fix this thankyou #rogazoth #technicalissue

Could you please provide the complete brand, model, and OS version of the ROG Azoth connected to it?
Please ensure that all items on Armory Crate > Settings > Update Center are updated to the latest version. If not, update them first.
If the issue persists, could you help record and provide the relevant logs by referring to "Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature)" in Armoury Crate Introduction?
After recording the log, please upload it to the cloud, approve access, PM me the link, and share screenshots of the Armory Crate Update Center and a video that completely captures the problem's incidence and the surrounding environment.
