Asus Com Service (32 bit) using a lot of CPU and FanXpert unresponsive after sleep

When I wake the computer from sleep I am greeted by this. If I kill the process the lights in my case go dark. Also, on that same note, FanXpert also has a constant 'Loading..." after wake from sleep.
